Both settings are on Settings → Advanced.

Keeping resolved requests #

Requests you have approved or declined are kept for the number of days you set here, then removed by the daily cleanup so the table does not grow forever. Set it to zero to keep everything indefinitely.

Requests still waiting on you are never removed automatically, whatever this is set to.

Deleting data on uninstall #

Off by default. Left off, deleting the plugin leaves your settings and request history in place, so reinstalling later picks up where you left off.

Switched on, deleting the plugin also deletes its tables, its settings and the timeline data on your orders. There is no undo. You will be asked to confirm before this setting saves.

Deactivating the plugin never deletes anything — this only applies to deleting it outright.
