What Post-Purchase Hub does #
Post-Purchase Hub for WooCommerce answers the question customers email you about most: where is my order? It adds a progress timeline and a delivery estimate to the order pages your customers already visit, and gives them a few things they can do for themselves instead of contacting you.
What your customers see #
On every order page, a plain-English timeline showing which stage the order has reached, and — where you have configured shipping times — when it should arrive.

Underneath it, whichever self-service actions you have switched on.

The same progress information appears as an extra column on the order list in My account, so a customer with several open orders can see all of them at a glance.

What you get #
- A request queue in the admin, where cancellation requests wait for you to approve or decline.
- A status panel that tells you plainly whether everything is working.
- Settings that map your own order statuses onto the stages customers see, so an internal status stays internal.
Two things it deliberately does not do #
It never cancels an order by itself, and it never issues a refund. A cancellation is always a request that you approve or decline, and refunds stay in WooCommerce where they belong.
It also never invents tracking data. If you have a tracking plugin, its numbers are read and shown. If you do not, customers see a delivery estimate instead — which is the honest answer rather than a fabricated one.
